Michele Rebetti, M.A., is the President of Crestcom KEY Alliance with over 25 years of experience in the learning and development field. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and specializes in creating effective management and employee development programs. Michele’s expertise includes Leadership Presence, Customer Service, Emotional Intelligence, Strategic Thinking, and Time Management. For the past decade, she has successfully owned her own company, working with Long Island businesses to improve productivity and profitability through leadership development. Additionally, Michele is an Adjunct Professor at Farmingdale State College and a professional speaker.

Nayeem Sayed

Nayeem Sayed is a senior marketing executive with over 20 years of experience and is passionate about healthcare access to all. At NAPA, the nation’s largest anesthesia management organization, as Vice President of Marketing, Brand & Communications, he focuses on driving brand awareness and teaching people how to manage personal brands. He focuses on creating an employee value proposition that attracts the right talent to the organization and drives employee retention. His ability to humanize brands and develop compelling value propositions has earned him numerous accolades. Nayeem has an impactful career and leadership role working with top Fortune companies, including GE Healthcare and HillRom, where he has focused on commercial marketing. He has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and an MS in Electrical Engineering. He lives with his wife and daughter on Long Island and enjoys building teams, mentoring, and building future leaders.

Mark Fogel

Mark S. Fogel is a national practice leader for Clifton Larson Allen’s HR consulting practice. He is a former CHRO for Leviton, Marcum, and Success Academy Charter Schools, Mark has been the recipient of several national awards including SHRM’s Human Capital Leader of the Year in 2007, SHRM’s innovation in down economy 2009, and HR Executive Magazine’s Honor Role in 2010. Mark is also an educator. Working part-time as a Senior Adjunct Professor of distinction at Adelphi University’s Business School, Mark leads HR classes for MBA and Undergrad students in Staffing, Selection, Compensation and Global disciplines. Additionally, he facilitates the SHRM SCP/CP prep class for HRJetpack. He has also presented over two dozen times at SHRM national, regional, and local conferences on a broad range of HR topics. Alina Haitz

Alina R. Haitz is a seasoned Author, Professional Speaker, and Mindset Coach with over two decades of experience in Higher Education. With a diverse background in Recruitment, Customer Relations, Employee Engagement, and Training, she is known for her effective communication and facilitation skills. Alina has collaborated with diverse audiences, delivering impactful training in areas such as Inclusive Engagement, Communication Skills, Mental Wellness, and Stress Management. Drawing from her background as a former Disney Performer and Comic, she brings dynamism and creativity to her speaking engagements. Alina currently serves as the Recruitment Manager at Big Brother Big Sister of Long Island, passionately sharing the organization’s mission and fostering mentor-mentee relationships. Outside of work, Alina is a dedicated philanthropist and community leader, committed to enhancing the well-being of her local community. Tammy Luby

Tammy Luby is an experienced Human Resource generalist with over 25 years in the field, holding an MBA and expertise in the entire lifecycle of the employment process, including multi-state and union environments. As a certified Human Resource Professional with Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications, she actively advances the HR profession and ethics through her involvement in numerous professional groups. Tammy co-founded and chairs The HR East End Circle, a Human Resource roundtable in Eastern Long Island, NY, and collaborates with the Long Island Chapter of The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Additionally, she is a member of the RI, CT, and MA SHRM Chapters and participates in EANE roundtables in these states. Recently, Tammy accepted the role of Adjunct Professor in the business department at Southern New Hampshire University. Her volunteer work includes the United Way, Cystic Fibrosis, American Heart Association, and The American Cancer Society. She is proud to be the Director of Human Resources at Riverhead Building Supply, a company committed to a respectful workplace, honesty, and integrity.
